It is made of thick rubber and increases the size of the player. At first i thought this skin makes the player look good and if it is made of other meterials it may try of being look good. It also prevents only the back of the player not the screen. I need to buy another protective skin separetely to protect the screen. It seems like front part will easily tear if it not used properly. Overall it is worth in weight and lacks the look.

I'm buying this for specific porpuse to. Im goin over sees and have a need for holding all mymovie. Great Screen Quality, built in Speaker is cool to. has proprietary software and have to go thru software to upload moives and such and only supports limited file formats. Otherwise Awsome product

Really like this device,it serves a spacific need for me.
Its am MP3 player witch sounds fine and the software is easy to use.
Sound quality is good.
Movie viewing I have not gotten into yet,but the viewing screen and the sample video look great.
My specific purpose for selecting this unit is for the Compact Flash memory card slot.
This allows me to download my pictures to the unit for backup and for slide viewing without carring my laptop.
Their is also an accessory you can purchase to allow for other media cards.
