 Works fine. November 3, 2008
It works, fits well, and doesn't have many down points. Only bad thing is it gets scratches on the screen area easily, but mainly just small scuffs that won't bother most people.

I received this case for Zune 80G and it is the best case. I have another Agent18 case for my 8G iPOD and it is the best case there is.

It took a while for cases to appear for the Zune 80, but the wait was worth it. This is a bit pricey in comparison to the 5-8 dollar plastic cases out there but the quality of this case is worth it. One thing that is a bit annoying is the case has to be removed to sit the Zune into the dock for charging. Good thing the case is easy to snap off and on at will. The fit is tight and the quality of the plastic is great. The screen part does scratch easy but I'd rather that get scratched up then the player's screen any day.
Overall its worth the price for the protection it offers.

I bought this case for myself and my wife. The design and fit is impressive. The buttons are easy to access due to the recessed layout.
My big gripe, is the area over the screen scratches extremely easily. I first got small scratches from wiping dust off with a tissue. Since then I have gotten large scratches & scuff marks from the case rubbing the cloth material inside my pocket. The scratches have made it very difficult to watch video.
When I got the second case, I went out and bought plastic screen protectors to try to protect the plastic. Its kinda ridiculous that I have to buy a protector for the protector, but if I can keep the plastic screen from getting marked up then this will be a great case.

I bought this case directly from the manufacturer before amazon had it listed; I have had it since mid-March, used it on an overseas trip, and keep my zune 80 in it almost all the time. I'm very happy with this case. The case protects the zune's glass screen and it fits tight. Controls are accessible and everything is in the right place. The case is also really easy to remove, which is a good thing because the case isn't compatible with the zune dock. That is, the case has to be removed to place the zune in the dock. I thought of knocking a star off for that "issue", but like I said it's really easy to remove and not a big deal.
