This device transmits music from your Zune into an FM frequency that can be picked up by your radio tuner. I recently purchased the Zune car pack v2, and the sound quality is not as I had expected. The sound seems to be muffled and not really clear. Also, the station seems to fade in and out quite a bit. I read a review and I will try and re-program it with the radio off.

Zune Car Pack v2Let me start off by saying that I love my Zune and I wouldn't have an iPod if it was the last mp3 player on Earth! And the Zune car pack is definitely an essential for Zune owners. It enables you to listen to all that great music that you so painstakingly downloaded to your Zune. It has the standard cigarette lighter connector wherein lies the problem. I think that it's adjustable to fit whatever lighter you plug it into. My problem is, it doesn't fit snugly into my lighter so after driving over a couple bumps it pops out. It does this over and over no matter how many times I push it back in as hard as I can, I'm sure you can imagine how annoying that could be. I would have rated this item 5 stars otherwise.

I AM IN THE MILITARY AND IS STATION IN TURKEY. I BOUGHT THIS BACK IN MARCH TO SEE IF IT WILL WORK. THIS WORKS WONDERFUL! I NEVER HAVE STATIC OR NOTHING. BEING THAT ITS HARD TO FIND A STATION THAT WORKS HERE, BUT ONCE YOU FIND A GOOD ONE, THEN IT WORKS! I'M ABOUT TO TAKE IT TO THE STATES WITH ME THIS MONTH. I HOPE IT WORKS THE SAME THERE.

it was really great worked fine once i bought it but after 3 weeks strange things started to happaned first is started to suddenly stop working while i am driving. i just remove it and put it again in the cigeratte lighter and it work for another hour or so. and then after 1 month is stopped working at all i think something was burnned inside it.
