I have owned this product before and was so happy with it that I bought two more here. These items were defective and it would cost more to return than I paid. On the two that I purchased the left headphone in each was not working. FAIL

i really like these. there is no cloth wrapped around the cord so that is nice. previous ear phones i had, the cloth would get a hole & the cord would pop through creating loops. this cord is nice, easy to unravel. the connection is good & sound quality good. noise canceling is good as well. i am happy w/ this purchase.

I'm disappointed. Poor sound. They don't feel right wire are stiff and brittle. I'll never purchase another pair of these.

My old 30 gig Zune was in desperate need of new earphones to replace the original ones that bit the dust. They don't seem to work as well if the get caught on something. For less than 5 bucks these Zune Premium Earphones are not bad. Sound quality is better than the originals with a catch. Like most earphones, it too has to stretch itself to produce the crisp bass you think you should get. The upper and lower ranges are not as clear as I would like. They seem to be a tad bit muddled but for the price they are acceptable. My biggest complaint would be getting the earphones to stay in your ears. I mean stick them straight into the ears and sound quality is the pits. But I figured for the price they would be fine. Most of what I listen to are podcasts. Then after a short period of time they would work loose and fall out. At least that was my experience. So to get them to stay secure you have to use a little moisture if you know what I mean. They will stay nice and secure at this point and the sound quality improves dramatically. The bottom line is you need to make as tight a seal in your ears as possible. Maybe its the ears but for me it works like a charm. And for the price they are hard to beat.

I bought these earbuds online from a different website when they were only $[...].
I love these headphones. Great bass and sound quality. I got an amazing deal for them.
I broke the pairs that I got (they lasted a long time too, unlike the skullcandys).
Now I want a new pair and I don't want to pay [...] bucks for them. I'm going to wait until I find another great deal online.
But overall, amazing headphones.
