 Better than I thought December 1, 2008
This iPhone case is actually better that I thought it would be. It only has two drawbacks, and I expected at least one of them. When the case is in place, it makes it harder to slip the iPhone into my pocket or the pocket of my purse. The rubber really grips. Also, it tends to get dirty quick and makes some of the parts of the iPhone more difficult to use (I.e. the silence switch and the applications which are in the dock).

After several nasty drops of my phone, I decided the time had some for a cover. After reading AND looking around, this Marware case seemed to fit the bill. it protects everything. My only complaint in that the bottom is so close to the typing area that it is easy to make mistakes on the last row of letters. But feels great in your hand and not so clingy it is hard to get out of your pocket.

Good grip but the iPhone suddenly becomes heavy as a brick once you put it on.

This is the best iPhone (1G) grip yet! I'll never use my cheap, thin, flimsy rubber grips after using this one. It's like having mud tires on your iPhone. No more scratches and dings from a dropped phone.
