Product Description
The Latte neon M3 Flash PMP player has a very Chocolate style to it, with Heat Sensor Navigation Keys that glow red. The player is all black with a glossy front and matte black back that is less prone to scratching. The front is dominated by a large 2.4" QVGA TFT display that can display 320240 resolution. This is one of the few Flash PMP that has a built in speaker that is crystal clear. Audio quality through headphones is also excellent. The screen is amazingly bright and crystal clear. The 2.4" screen makes it perfect for video with smooth playback at 24 Frames per second. The Latte neon M3 Flash PMP features TransFlash/MicroSD slot for added memory space. With expanded TransFlash/MicroSD memory, Speaker, Screen quality, and Audio Quality, there's nothing that this player can't do. Keep in mind that everyone's experience is going to be different than mine. Also, bear in mind there are three types of people that write reviews: those who have an agenda, who are narcissistic, or who angry. I hope by understanding that, I can write what is truth.
I did some research on this product before I purchased it. From the other reviews it seemed solid enough. Some people griped about technical follies, misunderstandings, etc. Others, whom seemed technically savvy, reviewed this item and was quite excited about its abilities. I do not know, however, if the review was done by someone who was paid to write it or if it was done by someone who truly used and liked the product.
All-in-all the product sucked. I have a Mac network (PowerBook, iBook, & Mac Mini). The reviews state it works on a Mac. It does not work on a Mac. At all.
I followed the directions, FAQs, troubleshooting guide, but I could not even get the buttons to function (the entire device relies on the heat sensor buttons to function). The troubleshooting guide stated this was "normal." Why would you buy something that stated non-functionality was "normal?"
Dumb.
If you truly want a solid MP3 player, you will more than likely want to purchase one that is a little more expensive and is more popular, such as the iPod or Zune.
"You get what you pay for" is a cliche' for a reason.

I love this mp4 player I use it everday and have had no problems out of it. Easy to use and operate. Also easy to download your itmes to it.
