I LOVE this item December 3, 2008 I love this item. It is small with a big clip so it does not interfere with my workout or fall off during intense activity. The controls are conveniently placed so I can advance or reverse it without looking at it. There is no special software that has to be downloaded or installed. It has a lot of features for a small price. Ideal for workouts. And, 1 GB can hold a lot of music.
Great little machine. December 3, 2008 I have been using this product for about a month now and it is great. I love that it is so small i just clip it to my belt loop. Sometimes people don't even know I am wearing it. It has great sound and is easy to use. Just drag and drop like a memory card. Love it!!
An excellent product but... December 1, 2008 Yes, after learning by myself about this product and specially about the windows mediaplayer 10, now I can add any new album to this excellent product and it deserves 5 stars, in spite you will not find a good online service.
Unreliable product, nonexistent customer service November 28, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
As someone already wrote, do not buy this product unless you are willing to spend a lot of time googling solutions for the issues that this device will have. I experienced a bunch of problems, from WMP not seeing songs on the device to the device playing the same song over and over again while in shuffle mode. I went to the website and tried to follow their instructions, and downloaded all the available updates (I do suspect that firmware updates caused the problems to begin with, since the device was working just fine until I downloaded an update). The FAQ instructions were useless, because they mentioned a tab on Explorer that simply does not show on my system. So I e-mailed customer support explaining the problem. No answer. So, my husband and I took the time to google various online groups until we found a solution. The point is that good money was paid for this device, and we should not have to waste hours so that the good customer "service" folks at Sansa don't have to. I will not purchase their products again, and I encourage you to look elsewhere unless you are the kind of person who enjoys tinkering with things that you paid for and that don't work properly.
So light...It Floats! November 28, 2008 Got this because my iPod Video is too big when I go jogging. Was about to get a shuffle but why spend double the amount that offers something less? This has a screen, recorder, fm radio, and awesome sound. It is so light I don't even notice when I am jogging. Now to wait for wireless headphones to hit the market in 2049
