Customer Reviews:
Don't press too hard. December 3, 2008 Don't press the buttons too hard, my grandmother thought this was broken because both she and my mother were pressing the buttons too hard. This was causing the button presses not to register. We almost returned it because we thought it was defective. Now that they realize they don't have to mash the buttons, it seems to work just fine for them.
Great little MP3/Radio June 12, 2008 13 out of 14 found this review helpful
I purchased the unit for my wife and was counting on Philips for quality. We were not disappointed. This is a great little unit and very easy to use. I especially like the "thumb-drive" feature where we just plug it into a USB port and copy files. There's no need for special cables or adaptors. Way to go Philips!
