Good for the kids April 7, 2010 Mony Ouk This is a good mp3 player to give to your kid. The sound quality is that of an iPods, its durable (a plus for people with kids) and is easy to navigate. The only problem - it EATS batteries ( you can charge it by plugging it into your laptop/pc though )
Its ok for a low price MP3 player March 1, 2010 T.S There is the old saying that: "you only get what you pay for", and this MP3 player fits that catagory perfectly. The unit is really small, and if you have big hands, its very easy to push the wrong button, or drop it. The player does all the things it is advertised to do. The only thing for me is the battery life. I need a player that I can take to work, and not worry about a dead battery for 8 hours, the battery life for this player is only about 4-5 hours, not good enough for what I need..
Would Not Buy Another February 28, 2010 Brooke Walker (Maine, United States) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I received this as a gift two Christmases ago, and it's still working fine despite many falls. I don't use most of the features; I just use it for music. It took me a while to get used to its quirks -- I hate that I can't put songs in the order I want. There is no organization to it. I have misplaced my installation CD and the company website ([...]) doesn't provide drivers for download, or any recent support help. I'm not sure that this is compatible with my new computer, which runs Windows 7. Although I can add music to the device, Windows 7 fails to show the files that are still on it. Because of the quirks and the possible incompatiblity, I wouldn't purchase another one.
Worth the cheap price I suppose February 21, 2010 M.J. (Chicago, IL) I purchased this player just to have an extra player besides my Ipod. It holds a lot of music, which is a plus. It's very lightweight, which actually makes me uneasy for some reason. The headphones that come with it aren't great at all, but a cheap pair does the trick and makes the sound quality much better (I use a cheap $20 pair of Sony headphones.) The biggest problem I have with it is the battery life. It sucks! It stays on for maybe four hours tops (I think it was more like three though.) I bought it to listen to music while riding the train to and from work each day and it just doesn't last. I was also unaware of how hard it is to import your itunes to windows media player, but it is doable. I haven't checked the fm radio feature, which I hope works; nor have I checked any of the other features. Overall, it's a cheap player that holds a lot of music; if you have no problem with needing to recharge the battery often, this is likely the player for you.
MP3 Player February 11, 2010 T Mitchell (Maryland) I brought this product for my 17yrs daughter, she loves it so far, no problems with down loading music. she has not used the movie feature yet. overall a good product.
