We purchased a KEO MP-837 player from Amazon on Nov. 11 and gave it to our 13 year old daughter for Christmas. The player never charged fully and now it won't even turn on without being plugged into a power source. We sent the unit back to icetechusa.com and they sent us the exact same unit back! I would recommend you stay away from this product!
