Lousy Headset! I have had nothing but complaints that people can't hear me. It's going back to AT&T today!!
 Excellent Noice Reducing Headset November 7, 2008

I bought this as a replacement for my H12 that was attacked by my kids. This piece even puts the H12 to shame. The noice reduction is fantastic, I am on the road and in noisy areas quite often and everybody could hear me perfectly. It is very easy to get running right out of the box and does not need a charging cradle like the H12 which is a nice change. Did not have any problems hooking up to my Iphone 3g which allows for all the additional features to be used. It is the most comfortable piece that I have owned and is the best sound quality as well. Fantastic product!!
